Blessed!

I love these boys so much. They keep me very busy, which is why I haven't blogged in so long. So, just checking in, saying hello...have a great day! :)

Possibly THE cutest baby ever... ;)

Yes I am probably a little partial, but Barrett is just so squeeze-ably cute! He will be 4 months old in 10 days and he already weighs 18 pounds! Our chunky monkey!

Yes, he is sucking his thumb...no, I will not stop him! ;) He does not like the pacifier, so it looks like I'm going to have another thumb-sucker...so cute though!

Gettin' in the Swing of Things...

I haven't blogged in a while, and for good reasons! One week ago today, our 3rd baby boy was born! Barrett Avery Robinson was born at 12:35am on September 17. He weighed 8lbs 15 oz and was 20 inches long. We are already so in love with him, he is a little angel! Now we are working on getting into the "newborn" routine once again and it does take some time. Dylan and Maddox are crazy in love with our new little guy and are great helpers.

P.S. I realized that I had not posted any pics of my poor middle child starting K-3! Such a bad mommy! ;) Anyway, Maddox is doing great, his teacher sent a note home yesterday saying that he is doing very well and learning to follow directions. He loves going so that makes Mommy happy. Here is a pic of his 1st day.

A Happy Loss?

Most of the time when you lose something, it's not an exciting thing. But in this case, Dylan lost his first tooth, and talk about an exciting day!!! Oh my goodness, he was thrilled. He kept saying, "this is totally, totally AWESOME!!" He lost it at school and his sweet teacher made the day even more special. She gave him a certificate, cool sticker and placed his tooth in a really cute tooth holder. Here is a few pics of our special day. ;)

Just one more milestone, reminding me that my little Dylan is growing up...and quick!

Ready or Not.....

Here he comes, Kindergarten!!!

Today, was Dylan's 1st day of Kindergarten and he was ready! He jumped right of bed with an "oh yeah!" and was off and running! Excited about everything from his uniform, new shoes, lunch box and taking pictures.

He had a few ideas of his own for some really "cool" poses...not a nervous bone in his body!

He walked right in, giving high fives and straight to his class room. I just know he is going to have a great year! I am very happy with our decision to put him at our church school, Atlanta West Christian Academy.

I'm so thankful we had such a great 1st day of Kindergarten - without any tears from him or mommy! I hope he has the best time ever!!! So proud of my big boy, Dylan!

Rain, Rain You can stay...but just for today!

Don't you just love an afternoon rain storm, when you're just hanging out at home with nothing to do? No thunder or lightening, just a hard rain, then the sun pops right back out again. Well, that's what we had this afternoon. Dylan and Maddox ran right out in the pouring rain (in their pajamas) and had a blast playing in the rain.

It's the simple things in life that will make us the happiest! :)

He's still the one...

Today I have been married to Russell for 11 years...And he's still the one I love! :) Last night we celebrated by going to eat at Veni Vidi Vici's in Atlanta. It was very good!

They served us this wonderful cheesecake with "Happy Anniversary" written in chocolate!

Then, we ended the evening going to the Fabulous Fox Theatre to see the Phantom of the Opera. It was awesome and we both had a great time!

Voted "Best Daddy" 5 years in a row!

Yesterday was Father's Day and we had a great time surprising Russell with gifts showing our appreciation and love for him. I feel very blessed to have an awesome father myself, but then, also, I married a wonderful husband, who is an unbelievable daddy to our boys. He is very loved by his family and voted best daddy ever!!! :)

Time Flies!!!

Well, I am 24 weeks pregnant today...only 16 weeks left! Crazy how time flies by. Dylan is 5, starting Kindergarten in the fall. Maddox just turned 3 and will got to K-3 a couple of days a week in the fall. We will also welcome the new little one in the fall (September). So if I could just somehow freeze time this summer, it would be great, but I know that's not going to happen...

This morning, I bravely make a trip to the mall with my 2 boys and as I'm walking around, the photographer at Picture People convinces me to come in for a "free" photo shoot receiving a free 10x13 for my time. What they really do is take all these great pictures of your kids, put them in really cool frames for you, knowing it's torture for you to leave them behind. But, I did it, I picked one picture out and said good-bye without that sinking feeling of "oh goodness, my husband is going to kill me for just spending $100 or more, when we just had their pictures made a month ago" feeling!! Haha! Anyway, the picture above is the one I chose. If you read my previous post, you know I am doing the new baby boy's nursery in red airplanes. So I got this picture to put in his nursery - I think it is so cute of his big brothers, they are welcoming him into the family! Also, new baby brother does have a name...Barrett Avery Robinson.

Nursery Plans

Since I found out I'm having a 3rd boy, I have been on a mad search for cute crib bedding. I used the same bedding for my other two and I just refused to use it a third time! But I have had the hardest time finding something just perfect, you know that feeling when you see it and you just know that's it...well today I found the "perfect" nursery set for our newest little addition. It is adorable and best of all...ON SALE! (That's my favorite part) ;) Thank you, Pottery Barn Kids, for making this pregnant momma happy!

"I'm in Kindergarten now!"

That is what my 5 year old, Dylan, proudly tells everyone he meets. He is so excited that he graduated from his K-4 preschool class and is now going to be in Kindergarten. We are proud of him also! Here are a few pics of his very special day....

It's Another Boy!

We found out this past Wednesday that a 3rd little boy will be joining our family in September. We are excited and glad that he is perfect and healthy so far! We are thinking of names, but not sure yet...will keep you posted! I will be 22 weeks this Thursday, so in about 18 weeks we will get meet our new little guy, can't wait!

Summer Lovin'

Preschool Days

I love pictures, especially pictures of my babies! Dylan had his K-4 pictures made and I have to say they are too cute! It's amazing comparing pics from year to year, and kind of sad that he is losing the baby look all together...he is becoming a big boy now!

Those Extra Special Moments....

Since I have become a mother, there has many so many special moments with my children. Their first steps, teeth, words, smiles, laughs...the list could go on and on. Then they get bigger and it's first days of preschool, Sunday School, etc. The list of special events since I had my 1st child 5 years old would be endless. Then you have another child and the list just continues. Dylan and Maddox bring me so much happiness! Recently, I experienced one of those "extra special" moments. Dylan decided a couple of weeks ago that he wanted to be baptized. My husband, Russell, asked him questions making sure he fully understood what he was doing. Dylan was confident in his decision. So that very day, March 21, he was baptized. It was a very proud moment for us. We are so proud of Dylan and we know that God is going to use him in amazing ways. Way to go, Dylan!

Disney World...Where Dreams Come True!

We just got home this evening from Disney World and we had a blast! We were there for a week and visited several of the Disney parks. I'm not sure who had more fun...Dylan and Maddox or Mommy, Daddy and Mawmaw. We took my mom along with us, which was her 1st trip to Disney World. We had a great time and I have tons of pictures, but here is just one picture of Dylan and Maddox with Mickey and Minnie Mouse.
