Rare Moment.....

This post is just to share a rare moment-my dad took a snapshot of the family, everyone was cooperative and actually looking at the camera - WOW! We were trying to decide where to take the picture when Maddox just walked over at sat on the curb and smiled - so we followed his lead!! This picture was taken after Dylan music program at his preschool. He did a great job! I am so thankful for my wonderful husband (of almost 10 years) and both of my children! God has blessed me with a wonderful family!

Dylan's 1st "School" Picture

Wow, how time flies by! Dylan is already 4 and as you will see in his preschool picture, he is such a big boy now!

This is a scan of the proof that was my favorite!

This is Dylan's class pic. One girl & seven boys. Should make for an exciting class!! :)
(I think Dylan wanted to make sure he was noticed, don't you? haha!)
Have a great day!!

Snow Day in Atlanta, Georgia?!?

I think we were all a little surprised when it started snowing this morning! I know we have heard all week that it was supposed to snow, but the chances of it actually sticking here in Georgia is not likely. But it surprised us all and we had a beautiful 2-4 inches of snow today!! Dylan and Maddox loved watching the snow out the back door, but it wasn't long before Dylan started saying "Let's go play in the snow!" So we bundled up (which took forever) and headed out for some fun in the snow. We enjoyed a great day of spending time with each other, playing in the snow, drinking hot chocolate & attempting to roast marshmallows in the fireplace! ha! :)
Enjoy these pics of our day!

Maddox ready to take on the snow. He was soaked in no time due to finding every little puddle!

Russell & the boys ready to use the sled Papaw & Mamaw bought them!

Mommy (yes, that's me under all those layers!) and Maddox.

Dylan loved every minute of the snow!

They both loved sledding down the little hill down the street.

Hope everyone had a great weekend!
